1⁄2 lb. short pastry made with lard, b. cold meat, 2 oz. cooked macaroni: 2 oz. ham. 1 shallot, I tablespoon grated cheese, 1 table- spoon Worcester sauce, 1 oz. but- ter, 1 oz. flour, 1 gills milk, dripping und browned bread- crumbs. Line ple-dish with, pas- try, cut up the macaroni and (sprend it at the bottom of the dish. Pass the cold meat, shallot and ham through a mincer, son it with salt and pepper, the Worcester sauce and grated cheese. To make the sauce, melt butter, stir in the flour and add the milk gradually. Stir the sauce till it boils and put the min- ced meat in it. Mix well together and pour into the dish. Sprinkle a few browned breadcrumbs over the pie and dot with dripping. Bake in hot oyen for 30 minutes. Serves 4.
