The National Recovery Ad- -ministrator, General, Hugh Johnson, has sent his labour assistant, Mr. McGrady to Detroit to deal with the si- tuation.

It appears that the work- ers are becoming restless at the delay of the special La- bour Board, formed by Pre- sident Roosevelt, in effecting a settlement of the disputed issues.
