The Rev. J. R. Higgs, the vicar of St. Andrew's Church, Kow- wel- loon, and Mrs. Higgs were comed by members of the congrega- tion last night.

Mr. W. Walton Rogers, the tiring minister, aaid that the new minister and his wife are to be en- vied, as the last seven years in which he and Mrs. Rogers were con nected with the St. Andrew's Church were the happiest years that they had had working together.

Presentations were made to Mr. Rogers, Mr. J. W. Baldwin, Mr. F. W. E. Dand and Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Hunt by the congregation.
