A state of emergency has been proclaimed throughout Estonia fol. lowing the forcible dissolation by the Government of the ex-Service- men's League, 100 leaders of which are reported to have been arrested by the military who assisted in the dissolution.
Machine-guns are posted in front of the League's headquar- ters at Reval, and the troops are armed with hand-grenades,
A report of fierce fighting is so far unconfirmed.
