The annual prize-giving took place at St. Mary's School, Kow- loon, yesterday evening, when the Director of Education, Mr. S. L. Smith, presented the awards.
A short concert, given by the pupils, followed the reading of the report and the distribution of [prizes.
The Headmistress's report was as follows:-

with 475 pupils in the Roll, yet the highest attendance was reached in February with 503.

The health of the pupils good throughout the year. Dr. H. W. Wong inspected the school in December.
