Capital Punishment Urged In Chicago PROMINENT JUDGE'S OPINION
Chicago.
Capital punishment for habitual criminals and motion pictures of the executions for "education" of Arst offenders are prescribed by Chiengo's famous municipal Judge Thomas A. Green as a deterrent to crime.
Commenting on the recent de claration by Mr. 11. L. Mencken, that all habitual criminals should be hanged, Judge Green said:
"Mencken is right about execut- The right ing habitual criminale.
