Mid-winter millinery has its

own problems.

At the moment wo- men are faced with the necessity of making a decision between hiding at laust one eye in mystery, or be- ing completely frank about their features, disclosing their. forehead. and not a little of the top of the head as well.

This is a revival of a 20 years and more old fashion and, after a long reign of face-hiding hats. somewhat disconcerting one. The one comforting point about the al- tuation is that for the time being is equally as correct to wear a hat that slopes forward that slopes back,
