Soul Ching have lost the majority of their fral team, who have lef for Shanghai and the Chines National Meeting to be held on the Double Tenth in Nanking.

The Lincolns, who started their season well with a victory over Kowloon last week, are almost assured of another two points against the Police on the Railway ground this after-

noon.

The Lincolns will be fielding the tame team as last week, while the Police have made a change in their forward line. WILL MR. FROST WIN ON FLYING TOURIST ?

(By Rapier.)

ELODY and Warrington for the "Doubie" will be the cry on the course this afternoon at the Valley, and they are the best | combination. Should Warrington disappoint, however, a large divi- dend can be expected, but I hardly think it will exceed the one last Meeting which followed National Day's eclipse and Flying Tourist's sensational win,

The Australians race should provide a real thriller with Portia, City of Brisbane, and Woodland Stag in the running. This, how- ever, is only one of eight races in what promises to be a bumper Meeting.

Blue Star won

the Hong Kong Handicap under Mr. Pan in 2.89.6 earlier in the season, and he was carrying 7 lb. less than he is this afternoon on his first appearance in the second half.

If it is a slow race wasch out for Sunup, but I rather fancy Mr. Frost will set the pace on the Dunbar favourite. Though I have a great regard for Portle I have a snaky feeling City of Brisbane, will win.

Should Rosy Marn go out she will have to be watched as she holds the five furlongs record, but I am afraid the extra distance will prove 100 much...
