(By CRAWL) Swimming magnificently the South China Athletic Association won the 400 Metres Invitation team race from the Chinese Bath ing Club and the European Y.M.C.A., beating the former team by two seconds and the latter team by a large margin, at the Chinese Bathing Club gala at North Point yesterday.
The Chinese Bathing Club took an early lead, but lost it when Leung Wai-sang, of South China, At the North London Bowling made a brilliant spurt to give them Green on July 25 the Hong Kong the lead for the first time, and they bowlers were beaten by 44 shots held it until the end. Chan Ki-chung sprinting magnificently to give South China a substantial win.
