HONG KONG'S FINANCES DURING 1932

A satisfactory position is reveal. ed in the Colony's finances for 1932, revenue having exceeded ex- penditure by $1,499,432.77.

The actual revenue of the Hong' Kong Government, for the year 1932, fell short of the estimated! amount by $441,793.71, and to- talled $33,549,716.29. This, how- ever, is an increase of $402,992.56) on the revenue of $33,146,723.73 | for the preceding year.
