Sequel To Mayor Cermak's Death From Ballet Wounds

Miami, Florida, To-day. The Italian, Zangara, who was sentenced to 80, years' imprison- ment on charges connected with the attempted assassination of President Roosevelt, here, has been indicted for murder, follow- ing the death of Mayor Antony Cermak of Chicago.

Mayor Cermak was seriouely wounded by one of the five bullets from Zangara's gun, and lay in a critical condition for more than two weeks, passing away yester- day evening. Reuter.
