"The one certain direction in which to look for the strength of the silver market is the revival of export trade from China and India," declared the Hon. Mr. J. J. Paterson, in addressing shareholders at the ordinary yearly meeting of the Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation held in the Bank's Offices on February 25.
