Mr. W. E. Hollands, the Hon. Secretary of the Hong Kong Football Association received a reply from Major Manners, O.BE., accepting his resignation from the post of Hon. Secretary of the Associa- tion.

The matter will come up at the next meeting of the Foot- ball Council, and, in the mean- time, Mr. G. T. May, one of the members of the Football Coun- cil will take over the duties of Mr. Hollands.
