Case Concerns Sale Of Flashlights.

A claim for $944.64 by the China Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd: against the Wing Fung Firm and Cheung Lai Ting, being the balance deu on goods sold and delivered to the latter firms, was heard this morning at the Supreme Court be- fore the Puisne Judge, Mr. Justice Wood.

The plaintiffs supplied flashlights to both the defendants on July 13 valued at $1.144.64 and were paid $200 on account on Oct. 11. They are now claiming the balance.

Mr. F. C. E. Randall appeared for the plaintiffs firm. Mr. T. P. Kemble of Wilkinson and Grist ap- peared on behalf of the defendants.
