1⁄2 cup sugar.

-2 eggs.

2 cups boiling water. 3 tablespoons fat.

8 cups sifted flour.

Mix the yeast with the luke warm water. Mix salt, sugar, bolling water and fat. Mix well, cool un- til luke warm. Combine the yeast and sugar mixtures and beat for two minutes. Add the beaten eggs, half of the sifted flour. Beat for three minutes. Add the rest of the flour. Mix woll and place in a grensed bowl.
