Good Freight Figures In Yesterday's Reports.
The Harbour Office Reports fot the 24 hours ended at 9.a.m, yes- terday gave a free movement of vessels with hightonnage.

Freights were good, the throughs only reaching Ave figures. The total tonnage entered 'was 56,116.
There were 14 inward regis- tries, of which 10 were British and three of four #gures, while of Bri- the 13 throughs, nine ware tish and seven of four Agures. One vessel arrived in ballast.
Passengera entered during the period included 390 Europeans and 1,287 Asiatic deck, British vessels) carrying 1,819 out of the total in all classes.

GENERAL HOLIDAY.
On Monday, October 10, the General Post Office and the other; Branch Post Offices will be open from 8 am to 9 a.m.
There will be one collection from the pillar-boxes and one de- livery of ordinary correspondence as on Sundays and one delivery of registered correspondence at 9 a.m.
The Money Order Office will be entirely closed..
Malls can now be forwarded to Europe via Siberia.
