Perry A Gallant Loser In Five Set Match With Prenn
By A. WALLIS MYERS.
Berlin, July 11. Germany unexpectedly defeated Great Britain in the Davis Cup Tle here to-day by three matches to two, Great Britain's defeat was most unexpected. The contest was one of the most thrilling ever seen in Berlin; the issue hung on the last match of the series that between Perry and Frenn and the score in this at one time read: Two sets all and five games all in the last and deciding set. Austin's form was disappointing; he was beaten in both his matches.
