A fine of £50, with £10 10s. costs, was imposed on Mrs. Elvira Barney Court at the Westminster Police to-day, for the unlawful possession of the revolver which figured in the recent murder charge against her.
Mrs. 'Barney, wife of John Barney the singer, now touring America, and daughter of Sir John Mullens, prominent Government broker, is a prominent London society woman.
