AN IMPERIAL SIGNIFICANCE.

Shortly after the death of Sir Henry Segrave while in the act of breaking the world's water speed record, a group of his friends and admirers instituted a Trophy in his memory, to be Awarded annually to the British subject who should accomplish] the most outstanding demonstra tion of the possibilities of trans port by land, air, or water.
