New. Territory villagers were en fete yester- day, to celebrate the formal opening of the Cottage Hospital for Women and Children, at Kam Tin, the oldest village in the Territories.
The Hon. Mr. W. E. L. Shenton performed the ceremony, speaking at some length on the good work done by the St. John Ambulance Brigade in the New Territories in connection with maternity welfare.
