The Harbour Office Reports for the 24 hours ended 9 a.m. yesterday. gave, a free movement of vessels with a high tonnage. Freights were up to the mark, both the In-: wards and throughs reaching five figures. The tonnage entered was 30,899.

There were 10 inward regis taries, of which four were British and five of four figures, while of the seven throughs, two ware Bri- tish and four of four figures. Two vessels arrived in ballast.
