The C.B.A. were the better team throughout. Of-the forwards Francis was outstanding with his clever tactics, whilst Bickford also shone. N. Whitley at right-half back, and T. Whitley at centre-half, | both played sterling games. Mac- Nider and Tipple were reliable, whilst C. L. Gregory played his usual steady game, but he had very little to do.

Of the R.A.S.C. forward line, which lacked combination, Hurst on the right-wing worked hard, but Skipp
