(Central Magistracy) Chan Pan was this morning charged, before Mr. E. H. Williams, that he did on October 28, with) others not in custody, demand $50! from Li Kwok-hing, with messages; did use criminal fatimidation; and, did injuriously imprison com-
plainant.
Inspector Murphy said the acetised took complainant to the Sze Wo Club, in Queen's Road, and kept-him.. there for about three hours in a:
room until he consented to pay $50;
