The Japanese delegation has communicated to Sir Erie Drum- mond certain particulars regarding the dispute over the railway bridge repairs and pointing out that the bridge had been blown up about a fortnight ago in the course of hostilities between Chang Hal-peng's and Ma Chun-ahan's' troops.
