Artists Masterpieces Being Destroyed. INCENDIARISM SUSPECTED.

Three thousand paintings have been destroyed in a big fire which broke out in the great Crystal Palace at Munich and swept through an art exhibition that was being held there.

Pictures by, famous artists of the German Romantic School and also by modern painters were lost in the flames. They had been lent by museums and private owners throughout Germany. As they were not insured their value cannot be estimated, says
