day, was literally "washed out' by Chang-3. the heavy rain of the morning, all of the fifteen fixtures down for de- cision being postponed.

New Scoring Rule. An interesting feature will be the new method of scoring which provides that in the event of any particular set reaching five games all only two more games are, to be played.
