PROSPECTS.

Two Leaders Playing at Home.

DOCK RIVALS MEET,

By Short Head."] No surprise need be caused if

conditions meteorological

afternoon.

In a full programme of League matches the two outstanding are those in which the leaders---C.C.C. and K.C.C.-figure. Dock rivalry will be to the fore when the Kow- loon Dock and the Taikoo Dock meet on the ground of the former, whilst the K.B.G.C. (who have now dropped Holland, who is ineligible) I should stretch the Police boys.

The list under:-

of matches is as

Division I.

Kowloon Dock (78) v. Taikoo (43). C.C.C. (69) v. C.S.C.C. (30). K.B.G.C. (72) v. Police (58). K.C.C. (66) v. Recreio (60).

Division II.

Recreio (78) v. Electric (33), Taikce (83) v. KC C. (31). C.S.C.C. (60) v. K.B.G.C. (49). Yacht Club (42) v. C.C.C. (54). The figures in parenthesis de note the results mat' season,

Kowloon Dock v. Taiken Dock.

Last season the Kowloon Dock swamped their confreres of Tai koo to the tune of 78—13, but the year before they had to bow the knee by 58--53. Neither Club has started this season too well, and a couple of points to-morrow will be very welcome to either of them. It looks on paper as if the result will be rather similar-só far as the margin is concerned-to that of a couple of seasons ago. Both Clubs have sensined skips and their respective lowly positions on the Lengue table are inexplicable.

C.C.C. v. C.s.cic.

on

Last your the Civil Service came a bad cropper, the Craigengower winning by 69-30. In the pre- vious year the Civil Service took all four points, the margin their opponents' green being 72-32. So far the Craigengower have won all their matches this season, whilst the Civil Service have lost one rather needlessly. The fine display of the Craigen-

were caught napping on their own green a week ago. and will have to be on their best behaviour if they mean to bag both points to-morrow.

Yacht Club v. C.C.C. The Yacht Club ought to repeat their rformance of last season when they won by 62-64 and, of the year before when they won by 60-53, - They might have won a week ago but for a poor score on one rink. To-morrow they should return to winning form.

to ignore their chances of victory to-morrow, combined with the fact that one or two places in the Civil Service side still require strength- ening.

K.B.G.C. v. Police. The Police are not likely to be dismayed by the fact that they went down last season by 72-58 and the season before by 52-56. Nor will they care whether a cer- tain player figures in the opposing team or not, They know their limitations, and if they gel-and give-a jolly good afternoon's sport they will be quite pleased. Of course, should there be any chance of stealing a march and bagging the points the K.B.G.C. will know all about it-after the tea interval.

K.C.C. v. Recreio.

Last season this match resulted In a draw-66 shuts ench. Both Clubs have been doing well this season, particularly the K.C.C. The Recreio could not stop the Craigengower last Saturday and the K.C.C. are confident that they can bag both palata to-morrow, the result, they predict, being rather similar to that of a couple
