CONCESSIONS TO SHIPOWNERS PREDICTED.

London, April 24. Certain concessions by the Suez Canal Company to the demands of the British shipowners for a reduc tion of cual dues are predicted by the Information Financier, says a message from Paris. The British Government's attitude, as well .na that of the shipowners, is said to be responsible for this.
