From the list of players an idea Was gathered at the changes in The various rinks, apart from the usual debut of bowlers new to the League. Thus, Adam Holland. formerly of Taikon Dock and in nore recent years a stalwart c the Kolonn Bowling Green Club, has transferred his affections to the Civil Service Cricket Club. H. McTavish has gone from the RB.G.C. to the Kowloon Dock RC A. Tarbutt has gone from the Electric Co. to the Civil Service. and P. T. Farrell has elected to play for the K.C.C. instead of the K.B.G.C.
The Skips

Too much prominence erally given locally to the skips, who generally get all the "kudos" if their rinks win and some of the blame if they go down. In the K.B.G.C. the first skips were Rus- sell, Guy and Hall, all of whom have carried their team to victory many a time and oft in the past. Omar and Basa reappeared for the C.C.C., whilst Bradbury's place was taken by Rumjahn. his No. 3 last season. "Charlie" West is The sole survivor of the Police skips, whilst Erawn and Gregory are in their old places in the Civil Service, the newcomer being Hol- land, who last Saturday took the place occupied by Grimmitt a year

three leaders again for the K.C.C.. the Kowloon Dock entrusting their destinies to Lansley, Brown and Puncheon.
In the Second Division the C.C.C have new skips practically in Pearce, de Souza, and Spink, whilst a new face in the K.B.G.C. as skip is Petherick, the other two Davidson and Drake-having skip ned last season.
