CARNERA-SHARKEY.

New York, Yesterday. A championship fight has now been arranged between Jack Sharkey and Primo Carnera to take place either in New York or in New Jersey on June 10.

The New York Commission to- day absolved Carnera from all his sins and received him back Inta the fold after a year's suspension. His appearances in the ring wore previously banned following al- legations by Chevalier, one of his negro opponents, that he had been approached before the fight with a proposal that he should lose. It will be recalled that his seconds threw in the towel when Chevalier was not in the least distressed.

The Commission will regard the winner of the Carnera-Sharkey fight as the heavyweight champion of the world. In spite of the Stribling-Schmeling fight which is fixed for July 3.

Meanwhile the Italian Federa- tion yesterday increased the fine imposed on Carnera in November for failing to make an appearance at an exhibition bout in Bologna

from £100 to £200. Carnera, how- ever, treats this netion with con-
