MASTER OF THE

CYMBAL.

Hungarian Professor in Colony.

BROADCAST ON MONDAY.

Professor A. Barna, the famous Hungarian cymbalist, is the first man to tour the world with his four musical instruments, the cymbal metalphone, xylophone and glasses.

The history of the cymbal finds its origin in China in an ancient instrument similar in many respects, to the modern cymbal.

It made its appearance 160 years ago in Hungary and Roumania and in the city of Budapest was enlarg ed and improved until it finally deve loped into the plano.

Many artistes like Professor Barna have started out to tour the world with the cymbal but
