Foolish Jan Stewer. The Tytam Handicap, "A" Class, was chiefly notable for an exhibition of buffoonery by Jan Stewer, which one is afraid is a cranky animal. Mr. Chang, good rider as he undoubtedly is, could do nothing with the pony, which decided to throw in its hand (or feet) before half the distance was over.
