Shipbuilding and Engineering Co., and is equip ped with four-eyele single-acting machinery manufactured by the hull builders and pressure charged on the Buch system. It has six cylinders, 620 mm. bore with a pls- tan stroke of 1,300 mm. The out Put on twin screws is 5,500 b.h.p. at 135 r.p.m. The Polyphemus has a speed of 13 knots.
