The door of the room was locked from the inside and he called in the police, who came to the house and broke open the door. On go Ing in they saw that both had wounds on their throat and the girl was dead but the man was still breathing. An ambulance was summoned and the man was rushed to the General Hospital where he died later. During the night there was no disturbance or noise in the room occupied by the couple.
The inquiry was adjourned.
