Delightful weather for sailing favoured the opening cruise of the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club on Saturday, which, as usual, was one of the social events of the year. There was a large and dis- tinguished gathering, which in- cluded His Excellency the Gov- ernor, Sir William Peel, K.B.E.,
