The weather was good, and they arrived in Brisbane at 1.30 pm. Witness was sitting in the rear Beat-not in the front seat, as Martin bad stated. The passen- plece of choca. ger handed him a late, but it fell over the side.

Later, Martin threw out an empty spirits flask, and it fell Into the sea. Martin then stood up on the seat, and witness was forced to seize him by the collar and force him back into his seat.
