Hubert, South Africa's wander- ing hippo and emperor among the publicity kings, has started on his wanderings again and is now mad- wallowing in a river not far from East London.

Some of his accomplishments.

Visited a monastery. Deified by Indians and natives. Adopted by the Natal Provincial Council.
