The Chinese steersman of Lance-Sergent McGreavy charg- trading junk was to-day charged be..ed a boatman, described as foki fore the Marine Magistrate on three of an unnumbered dinghy, living counts as under:

on board cargo junk No. 127-V. for failing to have a licence for the dinghy.

(2) Anchoring the vessel within 300 yards of another vessel whilst having dynamite on board, without a permit from the Harbour Master;

He admitted only the first charge. With regard to charge 2 he said that his anchor was not down, and in reply to charge 3 said that he was flying a red flag.
