MAHARAJAH'S NEW RULE FOR JAIPUR INFANTRY,

London, Sept. 8. The 1st Jaipur Infantry are to wear kilts of a specially designed tartar, according to the Dally Herald correspondent at Largs, Ayrshire.

It is stated that the march past of a thousand Pipers at the Cowal. Games so impressed the Maharaja of Jaipur, that he declared one of the first things he would do whon he returned to India would be to clothe the Jalpur infantrymen In kilts and supply them wit bag pipes.
