Manila, Sept. 13. The China Banking corporation is named co-defendant of the Bank of the Philippine Islands in the salt for over P200,000 instituted in the city court of first instance by the San Carlos Milling company, in accordance with an order of

plaintiff."

Upon receipt of the money and upon the execution of a contract of! exchange, which was supposed to have been forged by Wilson and Dolores, the China Banking corpora- tion, without the authority, or con sent of the plaintiff, issued in favor of the San Carlos Milling company a manager's obeque for P200,001, the cheque having been delivered to Wilson and Dolores.
