A new code of sexual behaviour departing from the old taboos of the puritan and yet not yielding to the dictates of those advocat ing bertinism was proposed by Dr. Hornell Hart, of Bryn Mawr College, in an address before the Arst Internations! Congress on Mental Hygiene.
