Chinese Journalist Passes Away,
The death occurred at the French Hospital on Saturday morning of
Mr. Lee Kwok-hong (Kue Kang- lee).
The late Mr. Lee was only 31 years of age and was a very popular Chinese journalist. He was educat- ed in Hong Kong at the St. Paul's College, and later went to America to complete his study. He took ap banking and journalism In the New York University.
Roturning to Hong Kong some- time last year, he joined the editorial staff of the Canton Gazette, and was only taken down here last week to be treated for typhoid at the French Hospital.
The late Mr. Lee was married to a cousin of Mr. Eugene Chen, one time Foreign Minister for the Chinese Nationalist Government.
