Concerning Cooking.
RELIABILITY.
The gas cooker is absolutely reliable, and is under the complete control of the cook. The supply of heat is unfailing and, once the taps are adjusted to give the desired heat, the cooker can be: left unattended until the cooking is finished.
There are no delicate parts which a little error of judgment on the part of the cook will put out of order. There is never a fear that the supply of gas will suddenly be cut off, or that through any small defect in one part the whole cooker will be put out of action.
