No disease is communicable between birds and humans, and, in fact, there isn't a disease that can he spread from one bird to another with the exception of white dysentery. Such is the statement of Forence Jenkina, New York's only bird doctor. Miss Jenkins ridicules the stale ments of many experts who warn the public against an epidemic of parrot fever.
