MUNICIPALITY MOOTED
At the annual meeting of the Kowloon Residents' Association last night, at St. Andrew's Church Hall, Mr. C. M. Manners, the re- tiring President, reviewed the work done during the year, comment ing in particular upon the impetus given to the development of Kow loon during the administration of Sir Cecil Clementi.

Extra Concert in the Theatre
DELIGHTFUL PROGRAMME
"The English Singera" did the right thing whào,they decided to give an extra concert at the Theatre Royal laat night. Hong Kong turned out in full force to do them honours, and every seat was filled..
