Mr. Andrew Scott, most wonderful of veterans (writes an Evening News correspondent), the secretary of Lloyd's Register of Shipping, celebrated his "sixtieth year" in the Register's ser- vice.

And the committee a body of ship- owners, underwriters, shipbuilders and engineers-has made him a presenta- tion to commemorate a great day.
