Rho Psi Fraternity

Members and friends of the Rho Pal Fraternity, Shanghai, had a very pleasant Christmas Eve party at their chapter house at 9. Park Road. After dinner, a very elaborate entertainment was given, which lasted til midnight The Rho Pai Fraternity has established chapters in Ithaca, New York City, and in Philadelphia, and its membership is limited to graduates of American universities. Officers of the Shanghai chapter include Mr. C. S. King (President), Mr, Y. K. Wang (Vice-President), Mr. L. S. Wang (Secretary), Mr. C. S. Wan (Treasurer) and Mr. T. Tseng (House-Manager).
