The twenty-first Congregation of the University of Hong Kong Beef Sirloin was held in the Great Hall yesterday afternoon.

His Excellency the Chancellor (Sir Cecil Clementi, K.C.M.G.. LL.D., M.A., F.R.G.S.), together with members of the Court, Coun- cil, Senate and Staff of the University and those invited to attend the ceremony, arrived just before 3.45 p.m.; when tea was served until 4.45 p.m., on the University tennis courts.

At 4.45 p.m., the members of the procession assembled in the Vico Chancellor's room to robe. The Foreign Exchange and General procession was formed up at 5, p.m., Banking business transacted.
