London, Yesterday. The Japanese delegation to the London Naval Conference, headed by the ex-Premier, Mr. Wakatsuki, arrived from New York to-day aboard the "Olympic," which flew the Japanese flag at the fore mast. They were greeted by the Mayor of Southampton.
In an interview, Mr. Wakatauki said that they had come to London with great hope. Their conversa- tions with the American authorities during the passage through the United States had proved most pro- fitable.
