The tenula section of the Kow- toon Football Club coneladed. Its handicap tournament yesterday, and the presentation of trophies will take place at a data to be fixed later.

Winners of the events were: Mixed Doubles Handicap.-Mr. and Mrs. Pengley 1, Mr. and Mrs. Boas 2.

Club Men's Doubles Handicap. -Messrs. Pengilley and Jackson 151, Messrs. Hedley and Hast 2.

American Tournament. Mr. Carruthers and Mrs. Boas 1, Mr. Sapsed and Mrs. Chub and Mr.. Jackson and Mrs. Stokes, an equal number of points for second D place.

The American Tournament was concluded yesterday, the other games having been decided earlier in the tournament.

The Funeral At Happy Valley

The funeral of Mr. J. Mac- lachlan took place on Batur- day afternoon, at the Protestant Cemetery, Happy Valley. A large number of his friends were pre- sont at the gravesida to pay their last respect. The service was conducted by Rev. J. Horace Johnstone.
